Brief history of the company

1999 — Foundation of the company.
Brokerage activity on placing foreign vessels at shipyards of Ukraine.
2001 — Building ship hulls with own team at “Damen Shipyards Ocean”, city of Nikolaev, Ukraine.
2003 — Building ship hulls with own teams at Baltic shipyards.
Ship structures ultrasonic thickness measurements.

Experience

The Quality Management System of our company complies with International Standard ISO 9001:2000 — Certification Association «Russian Register» Certificate.

Ship-building

While working in shipbuilding industry we have taken part in construction of different types of vessels (tankers, bulkers, container vessels, dry cargo carriers, tugboats, etc) for foreign customers. Our company has an extensive experience of work in accordance with international standards and drawings.

Ship-repairing

As a general contractor we have repaired more than 35 vessels. As a contracting party for several ship-repairing yards we have actively participated in repair/modernization works on dozens of vessels of different types.

Ship structures ultrasonic thickness measurements (UTM)

Our Company carries out works on ship structures ultrasonic thickness measurements (UTM) under supervision of Russian Maritime Register of Shipping, Bureau Veritas, Lloyd's Register. We have got relevant Recognition Certificates.
